He reappeared in 2011 with a Central Texas-based trailer BBQ system that would again get the right recognition.

The trailer had some seats for the customers and the grilling was way too solid for the initial customers that they soon became the regular customer of the eating place.

John debuted in Georgetown in 2011 with his Black Box BBQ known for excellent grills and sublime place it provided for temporarily hanging with a couple of friends.
