A Virginia man was discovered guilty of killing his adopted stepdaughter by forcefully giving her a lethal dose of heroin. Further, Anjelica AJ Hadsell was an 18-year-old freshman at Longwood University in Farmville.
Besides, she finished her spring break at home in Norfolk when her disappearance was on March 2, 2015. As per the sources, Anjelica’s body wasn’t found until five weeks later.
However, after several investigations and surveys, her body was partially buried behind an abandoned house in Southampton County, near the North Carolina border.

Anjelica AJ Hadsell was murdereed by her stepfather Wesley Hadsell. As per Oxygen, jurors took 45 minutes to find 43-year-old Wesley guilty of first-degree murder and concealment of a body.
Similarly, it was the second time Wesley stood trial for the murder of his adopted daughter, Hadsell. While reporting the details, we learned Angelica disappeared while seeing her parents’ home in the Carrollton area of Norfolk in March 2015.
Further, she’d returned home for spring break from Longwood University, where Hadsell was a freshman. As per the medical examiner, “homicidal violence” and heroin overdose were also the major reasons behind Anjelica’s death.
More to this, her eyes and chin were darkened and damaged, and the amount of heroin in her bloodstream was three times the fatal level which led to damage caused to her body by animals and insects. However, it was not clear that she had been s*xually abused. Nevertheless, the details of the reason for murdering her are yet not revealed.
