Ayanna Davis is a 20 years old substitute teacher working at Lakeland High School. She has been charged for having an inappropriate relation with her student.
The incident is all over the internet at present. Similar cases have been recorded in different parts of the country in the last few months. In October, a South Florida teacher, Heiry Calvi, was arrested for having an inappropriate relationship with 15 years old student.

Ayanna Davis is a substitute teacher who Kelly Education Services employed. However, according to officials, she is not an employee of Polk County Public Schools.
A student from Lakeland High School reported that she was having sexual relations with her student. In addition, she has been physically intimate with another student four times- two times at her house and twice in his home.
Deputies in Polk County say a Snapchat video eventually led them to arrest a Lakeland High School substitute teacher for having a sexual relationship with a student.

The investigators found out about her actions after a student told them that Snapchat videos circulated in the school. The student said that the videos were shown to a large group of football players.
Sheriff Grady Judd said that she was able to influence the victim, and she took advantage of that to fulfill her desires. As a result, the company has been warned that they cannot work with Davis anymore.

After the police were notified of the incident, Ayanna Davis was arrested for her inappropriate activity on Friday. She has been charged with two counts of sexual battery by a custodian and offenses against students by an authority figure.

Superintendent Frederick Heid stated that they expect their substitute teachers to uphold and maintain the same standard and professionalism as their full-time educators.
Adding further to that, Heid said they would not tolerate such conduct as it is a violation of trust that teachers build with their students.

Ayanna Davis has been charged with sexual battery, sexual battery by a custodian, and offenses against students by an authority figure. According to the news sources, she is currently held on a bond of $60,000.
