Who Is Harley Breite? Scott Fairlamb Defense Attorney 

Scott Fairlamb’s attorney, Harley Breite, also an MMA coaching client, defended his client’s character. He stated he was mistreated in the DC jail where Fairlamb is detained.

Failamb, Breite claims no longer believes in the principles that led him to join the riots. He also claimed that the ex-MMA fighter was threatened with violence while imprisoned in Washington, D.C. The jail also made it impossible for Breite to communicate with his client.

Moreover, Breite mentions, Fairlamb has also agreed to be questioned by a House select committee on January 6, according to Breite, but the jail has so far refused to allow investigators in.

Outside of court, Breite continued to rail against D.C. jail. Farilamb has requested that his sentence be served in a federal prison in New Jersey so that he can be near his family.

A tearful Fairlamb said he had brought shame upon his family and asked the judge to “show some mercy” when sentencing him for his “completely irresponsible, reckless behavior” on Jan. 6.
